Terms of Service
1. The service
Mommas (mommas.ai) is a personal AI assistant you reach by text message. It is operated by Autono Holdings Inc. By creating an account you agree to these terms.
2. Your account
You sign in with your mobile phone number. Keep your phone secure; anyone with access to it can reach your momma. You must be 18 or older.
3. Connected accounts
If you connect Google, Mommas accesses Gmail and Calendar only to do what you ask. Use of Google user data complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. You can disconnect at any time from your workspace.
4. Acceptable use
- Don't use the service to harass, spam, or break the law.
- Don't try to access other people's data or disrupt the service.
5. AI output
Responses are generated by AI and can be wrong. Check anything that matters before acting on it. Mommas is not a medical, legal, or financial advisor.
6. Billing
Paid plans renew monthly until cancelled. Cancel any time from settings; access continues through the period you've paid for.
7. Termination
You can delete your account from settings. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
8. Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to what you paid us in the last 12 months.
